So what's you intake of a 'natural witch'?

Mostly leaning towards people who are witches -I am one too- but everyone is welcome to answer.
In case some might not know what a ‘natural witch’ is this is what it basically is:
A natural Witch is someone who has a natural Witch talent. If you are a natural Witch, your natural Witch talent will become obvious. Usually this happens fairly early in life, but it can be delayed until late in life. The most common natural Witch talent is having dreams that foretell the future. Another common natural Witch talent is being naturally accurate with runes, tarot, or other divination.
Anybody can become a Witch, but you have to be born with a Witch talent to be a natural Witch
I think it’s BS. What I want to know what others think
It was from a site, I was friends with the owner and got permission.
I said I am too, meaning I’m a witch. But I think the whole natural witch think is BS.
I’m just asking do you believe in this or think its true/real. Because I don’t

It does shed light on to it. 
I’m not good at explaining things sometimes. Mostly because I’ll be writing or saying something and my brain is already on the 3rd step. DX Which is why my friends are always telling me to slow down.
maybe I should explain a bit. I just the way my friend first told me about it was kinda bs. She told me at first it was a person who was born a witch. >.< Like your parents were witches type stuff and you had more power than someone not born from a witch family. which I wasn’t. So I was like "What?" But what I have writen above actually was what she later wrote -because she knows I sometimes see words then just kinda turn them into something else. I wouldn’t say I have dislexia but it feels like it. Sometimes when people write "Hi. How are you?" My mind will change it to "Bye. I’ll miss you." Which is why I REALLY suck at proof-reading.- I had to re-read this.
